I think so since EDI is just in its infancy and the PRMO + HRBC merger will create a dominant company in that field. HRBC, one of Paul Allen company's, offered .45 share of HRBC for every share of PRMO. Of course, when the deal was announced two weeks ago HRBC was trading at 40+. I think it closed today at 31 but it has taken a big hit the last 2 weeks, low was 25. Both stocks have boards but they don't have that much action.
