He chose America, because first in line, because paying customers are always first in line because millions of American Citizens are without health care coverage and have no line to stand in. <<It settles nothing but the fact that Canadian citizens with passports are free to attempt to enter counties that will allow them in , once in, their money must be good because it is gladly accepted for anything that can be purchased, including health care which puts them front of your line. What should be the target health care country to emulate for a sane logical US citizen??? ... .>>
