Toyota should sue Sikes for defamation. He slandered Toyota by attempting dishonestly to bring it into public disrepute, with malice aforethought.

Somebody planted a maggot in a McDonald's meal recently [in NZ]. Somebody did a similar thing and was prosecuted successfully [I forget the details]. It's illegal to maliciously malign products. Hating big companies is fashionable, but it's not anything goes.

My first thought was this: how could a wimpy Prius reach 94 MPH while the brakes are being applied in force? My second thought: what amazing timing!
