I posted the link. It works, I am not going to go through BS because as I said it only allows States to have public options. You are not posting the language because IT'S NOT THERE. The point is this is not the bill that we will have. Ah, ok. Now you implicitly admit that IT'S NOT THERE. To pass the Senate bill is to have a public option because they are writing it in the reconciliation bill. Oh, ok. Now it's being written in, because in the present bill IT'S NOT THERE.
