I don't like to buy a high flying stock at or near its all time high. Therefore I have not yet managed to buy back those Cisco shares that I sold earlier. At the few times that Cisco is available at a good price many other companies are available at a great price.

During the april network stock correction I moved some money from Cisco into cheap Cascade shares.

That's the point of buying at the stocks highs, They are commanding the price for a reason, albiet not always a good one, but the momentum is there most of the time. The cheap stocks are cheap for a reason, most of the time, and need quite alot of energy to begin the upward momentum.

A good book to emphasize this is "How to Make Money in the Stock Market" by William O'niel of IBD. A good illustration of this is IBD's charts of stocks that are hitting new highs. Check out the stocks a few months after being listed and the majority of the time they have continued their climb.

OF course, this is only IMHO.
