Snow - I did not say the States ""confiscating" excess tax payments" they are just slow in paying them back and pocket the interest.

Now lets theorize that you count on those tax reimbursement and you have a margin call and no money to send to your broker - the broker sells the shares - oooooooooppppppppps - a month later the stock jumps 20% and your tax reimbursement arrives 3 weeks later - you are n a hole well over 20% because in the meantime the State pension fund had the money to buy YOUR stock that was sold by your broker

Nice how will you call this ? yes it is a theory but a guaranty you it happens
