Well, Ron they have been led. It was supposed to be at the AGM, and then within 30 days thereafter, and then by the end of September and then by the middle of October (since they have a note payable to Phoenix that requires a PP to fund), and now it is an open ended expectation, but everyone believe it is tomorrow. Luckily, every single day has a tomorrow. By the way, I do not want to be too critical, these delays are to be expected (I am told) with all juniors including GPGI. Zeev
