I got lucky and managed to catch Schwab by noon or so and sold my puts for a reasonable profit.

Hi Bonnie, <<I'm still holding (part of) my short from the monday morning of the big crash>>. I'm still holding a number of Dec and March SPX puts. I am still up double. Bought them as insurance...loth to part...can't really believe the market is going to shrug off everything. But it may. If I remember right this AM, HK was down again...now that the pundits have said it doesn't matter...it apparently doesn't for the short run. I think next week might get a bit more interesting...BWDIK? Steve
