Elroy, I know it's being pedantic, but a Prius is not the same, or even very similar, to the Air France Airbus. That's like comparing a bicycle with a Prius.

While they are both transportation modes, there are significant differences.

If somebody falls off a bicycle, it's not really because the bicycle is badly designed. One could argue that a unicycle is badly designed = lacking stability in all dimensions. But that doesn't mean somebody falling off one and breaking their neck can reasonably blame the manufacturer.

Perhaps there is some object which exists which an idiot will have trouble hurting themselves or others with, but there are not many that I can think of off hand.
