"The deficit will fall" doesn't imply "this program will cause the deficit to fall".

Indeed they say exactly that. You're gonna have to go dig details our yourself on this one.

Also it assumes that all the proposed Medicare cuts will stick. If they will, they are mostly a separate issue.

Analysis is always built on assumptions.

The savings would be from Medicare cuts...The actual "Obamacare" would increase costs.

Of course...you can't cover 30M people without it costing money.

When did the GOP become the defenders of Medicare anyway? I must have missed the transformation somewhere between the time bush left office and obama took over.
