Visa and American Express....and I assume that neither of these have any annual fee associated with them. 20 years ago I called Visa and complained about the annual fee. They agreed to waive it and it hasn't appeared since.

And a few years ago I got annoyed at paying the annual fee for the AMEX gold card. I cancelled it, switched to a platinum AMEX affiliate card branded by Hilton, which gives essentially the same services, plus UAL credit and points credit to Hilton Honors and additional credit for every night spent at any of their brands (Hampton Inns being my preference), and no annual fee since.

Like you I haven't carried a balance in many years.
