It's not as simple as saying IND approved, then start Phase I right away, then II, then III, then approval. Approval of a drug is long and expensive Sorry to jump in Rick, but I can't let this inane comment waft by. You seem to be giving this guy rope for your own reasons, but I think he's clearly hung himself by now. So targeted, do you practice at being condescending? You're really good at it. Do you think Rick is ignorant of the process of getting a drug approved? Seriously, we've all had our laughs. P.S. Rick, if this is you playing a joke on us by arguing with yourself, well...you got me. Those two sentences I quoted totally revealed the deception, though.
