FYI I always keep 50% cash except in transition between stocks. if I'm bullish I mix large % options. This keeps $ available for events or non events like last week.

On the intc amat comp. the peak of the relationship between the two has passed.... don't jump down my throat - it is still important, but not as. largely for reason i have previously posted that u have confirmed. much non intel capacity is subsidized by eec, or various country govenments. my estimate is 30% of capex.... this has reduced intc's influance on cap cycle and will help smooth out demand in the medium term.
