Good Evening,Margaret,Frank...INTC has gone on sale lately due to "noise" about slowing earnings and analyst downgrading. Well if the ANALysts can downgrade based solely on price appreciation why can't they upgrade solely on price depreciation? If TK of ML changed his opinion to 2:1 or 1:1 we'd see INTC at 85 immediately!!

Margaret. Intel was up today and then went down with the rest of the techs. I have mentioned in everyone of my posts that investors are jittery until Andy speaks. But techs are on their way no matter what the worry is
