" the problem isn't the idea of the fed, per se. "

In layman's term: THE PROBLEM IS AGING.

With aging, all kind of weird diesease come out, various
advance in medical medince, procedure have developed to
delay the effect of aging. NONE, repeat, NONE have been able
to SAVE aging life from that final event: death and
go to the corresponding place appropriate for their deeds when
alive, maybe 'heaven/hell/...'.

In history, all form of gov., kingdoms have the same fates.
They existed for good reason, but aging took her toll.

You can delay it for so long, the finals are painful and there
is NOTHING you can do about it and no one want to think about
it because it is horrible. People take morhpine right to that
last minute for good reason. The admin/fed/whatever maybe just
doing that: to make us feel good before that awful event.

Who is right, the FED, Republican, Democrate, the gov,
the media, the experts?

They are all right when they point finger to other parties.

They are mostly wrong (or most) when they claim credit, merits.

AWESOME.
