Question:
"Do you want to argue whether or not hate and other attributes of evil are evil now??"

Answer:
Who do you think is buried in Grant's tomb anyway?

"So I guess you are finally agreeing..."

That you are begging the question and talking in circles? Certainly!!

"I use the word "evil" simply out of courteous convention. What falls under the aegis of "evil" is simply actions which are hurtful AND wrong."

Humpty Dumpty couldn't have said it better.

‘When I use a word,’ Humpty Dumpty said, in a rather scornful tone, ‘it means just what I choose it to mean, neither more nor less.’

‘The question is,’ said Alice, ‘whether you can make words mean so many different things.’

‘The question is,’ said Humpty Dumpty, ‘which is to be master – that’s all.’

"When rational, objective people claim their moral values were carefully chosen through the use of rational objective tools, they do not claim their values are Absolute--not at all."

"and that something can be objectively assessed through the objective tools of mathematics, logic, reason, necessary relationships between reality states and so on."

<<< Of course as a materialist, you can't account for any of those immaterial tools in the first place and as an atheist, you can't account for the rightness of choosing them as opposed to choosing others. You are living and operating on the assumptions of other worldviews. In fact the very ones that you love to hate.>>>

"What immaterial tools?"

The ones YOU mentioned. Message 26386809
You can't follow your own posts? What does reason weigh and what is the mass of 2+2? As a materialist how do you account for the immaterial "reality" of either?

As I said I'm currently very busy and frankly, I weary of trying to talk sense with someone who is obstinately blind to his own foolishness and who equates his emotions with reason. Have a relatively nice life while it lasts. I've told you the bridge is out and you have laughed it off. I've told you of the cure for your sin but you love your disease. It's time for me to knock the dust from my feet around here. Bye.

"This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed." (John 3: )

I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith."

The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. (Romans 1:)
