Biotechs tend to move on news; viz., suddenly, before they hit the charts. In retrospect, Arris (the acquirer) had moved down before the news, but I didn't see it (and blame the Hong Kong-disrupted trading, yeah, that's the ticket-:)

That said, the arb is gone, but we're just entering biotech season and this is a good combination. If it stays in your sights, both/either companies are buys.
