So goes it with the CBO. Lawmakers can manipulate the outcome by recognizing the rules and playing to them and around them.

You guys keep saying that, but I've seen no specific evidence. It's got echo chamber partisan myth written all over it.

I would definitely give them a lot of credit if they weren't putting it on the credit card. But not only are they doing just that, they're deceiving us and perhaps themselves about doing so.

They are not. The numbers don't lie... they may be off by some percentage (either way) but they don't lie.

I've also read that many things in the bill that are new are being scored with zero cost savings because they just don't know. When many may actually produce substantial cost savings.
