Yes, I suspect you are correct but this is just a blip - a one time bump that in the big scale of things won't make any difference. BUT, as I said earlier, forcing insurance companies to cover people with existing conditions is a built in problem of escalating cost. I don't think insurance carriers are going to care what they charge; like utilities they will move to a point of figuring out their cost adding a profit and bill you - they're not going to lose money. Unlike utilities with cost that are pretty much fixed, health care cost continues the march higher and higher because of science that is exploding.
