You're one of the ones that the old saying "better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and prove it" was designed for.

There is NOTHING in the Constitution about the House and Senate rules that govern the procedures for passing a bill. Everyone except you seems to know that the working parliamentary are not embedded into the Constitution - as well they shouldn't. Once again - POINT US TO THE PART OF THE CONSTITUTION THAT YOU CLAIM MAKES THESE RULES AND PROCEDURES UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Using your 'logic', the filibuster is also unconstitutional - the very tool the Republicans threatened to block passage of the bill. Or did you also imagine some part of the Constitution that deals with filibusters?

Your lack of knowledge is alarming for someone who has supposedly passed the bar (however, not unusual for one of the koolaid-drinking neocons). You didn't get some coupon - free law degree with purchase - did you?

Guess the 'bar' is pretty low.
