Hello Martin, I didn't ever think it was a cash deal(GGGGGGG). Most deals between companies are stock related transactions as that is how growing companies use their stock, as cash. SMTK is just another example of that as is WorldCom. I'll promise they are not forking over pure cash for all their acquisitions(G). I am not sure DCTC wants to forever be a Prepaid Phone Card company in the first place and I will need further clarification on the non-competition clause as I think it only applies to WH Smith outlets in the UK.
