The W.H.O. thinks there is room for improvement. The WHO study is faulty in many ways that have been discussed at length here, but if you take from it "there is room for improvement", you at least got an accurate impression on that narrow point. There is room for improvement everywhere. Why doesn't anyone answer the Question?<g> <<What should be the target health care country to emulate for a sane logical US citizen???>> I haven't answered the question because I don't think their should be any specific target country.
