Personally, I hope the Dems ram it through.....it will all but assure the return of a chastened GOP to power.

I don't trust the GOP to get rid of it. Rather they will change it so that the various health industries will make even more profit. For example, the health insurance industry would be very agreeable that 100% of the population must buy health insurance.
