Can somebody with historical pricing and volume info look at volume last time it went over $3 and compare to volume today??

If you have java (ugh), check out stocksmart.com the interface is a little non-intuitive, but the historical charting ability is great.

The first time OVIS broke 3 was Sept 3rd on volume of 590,000 shares. The next day, when they broke 3.5 volume was 810,000 shares. Recent volume has been much, much less. Which, I believe correlates well with somebody (bodies?) buying in a market with a much smaller float. I think one interpretation might be that Riley is correct and that his group has locked up a large portion of the float.
