I've never had any luck with routers. I once had a D-Link that lasted me 21 months before it died. I just set this Rosewill (RNX-EasyN400) one up. Good thing I had another ethernet chord around and know what I'm doing. No documentation whatsoever.

I'm going to try my other laptops (I own 3) on different floors of my house for reception to compare.

In life you don't always get what you pay for.

Clearly, it's too early to judge this thing yet. But reception is just as good as my Netgear WNR2000.
