Read the court's decisions. If an economic sector has a substantial impact on the national economy, it is subject to regulation under thecommerce clause.

oh bummer! The federal government cannot even effectively take a census every ten years! What makes anyone think they will be able to run bamahcare. Spent billions for hand held calculators that don't work. After spending your billions the census is now being taken by pen and paper.
I remember years ago when Burt Sugarman was running the new york welfare system and millions were missing. Mr Sugarman said what is a few million when your handling billions.
So I guess the new mantra would be "Whats a few billion when you are handling trillions."
Does anybody have any idea of what will become of the bamahcare money if it is to be collected immediately but the benefits wont start until 2014? Has anyone asked?

Don't worry! Be happy!
