VR. You've got the response- VR does seem to have adequate funds available.
We know what management said. Just have to hope or expect that those dollar amounts would be the all-in cost to VR. I don't know.

Assuming the company prepares for unexpected disasters, the stock might suffer from a quarter's losses, but recover. So I would assume. OTOH, if their underwriters mispriced/miscalculated their risks, could be very troublesome if/as more expenses come to light.
