I think the Walmart $4 drug "plan" for most everyday purposes is better, and it doesn't cost the taxpayers hundreds of billions. In fact, it doesn't cost them a dime.

There was a lot of conservative hand wringing about Bush's drug plan. At least on SI there was.

Oh yeah I remember y'all calling Bush a socialist and having tea parties and all that... ... ... NOT.
