The capital is no longer out there and available in quantities sufficient to finance the current account deficit at the levels we are now experiencing, much less at levels projected in years to come. You are looking in the rear view mirror. Look ahead -- we are crossing the threshold where the current account deficit cannot be financed as it has up until now. This is the tipping point.
