DUV stepper business strong . . . CYMER supplies the lasers!!

In a copyrighted story today, the North County Times (Escondido, CA) attributed INFRASTRUCTURE's Carl Johnson as saying "Cymer's technology and market potential is strong"

"I've talked to a couple of the DUV stepper
manufacturers here, and their business seems
to be doing pretty well. That plays into the
hands of Cymer, because they supply the
lasers."

Business is good--CYMER supplies the lasers
Business is good--CYMER supplies the lasers
Business is good--CYMER supplies the lasers
Business is good--CYMER supplies the lasers
Business is good--CYMER supplies the lasers

The truth is waiting to be discovered.

Sorry, but they wont ship 785 units in 98, lets keep this realistic!!
Im long the stock at 27 5/8 average, so believe me Im a cheerleader,
but lets also not kid ourselves into foolish projections. Patience
will pay off here. Do you know that 100 shares of Cisco bought
in 1991 is now over 5000 shares??? Need I say more...

Curly: With reference to the following post where you conservatively estimate 73% revenue growth from 1997 ($209.6m) to 1998 ($363.3m), help me understand your thinking given that Angus said in the NYT article that he expected "sales growth of 40 percent next year."
