I'm sure nothing will be done until the decision has to be made whether we will literally "bail" New Orleans out again.

However, more pressing now of course is the Obamacare vote and while it does appear grim at the moment, I still believe there is hope to stop it.

My first time in New Orleans was a quick stop on my way to Austin. It was after midnight in June. The heat & humidity was so bad 'you could cut the heat & peel it back with the wrong side of a knife'*. I left with no desire to ever return.
