I got lost on the rabbit trail when I noted with great surprise that not only were you here, you portrayed your presence as something Dave, Matt, and I were somehow compelled to allow. Believe me, you are permitted to post at our pleasure and nothing compels us to allow it. I suspect the post where you tore Matt a new one (again, I thought) for breaking off an advertising arrangement with Hal Engel was yet another case of my poor addled mind (I'm sure I mentioned I turn 51 in a couple hours and am going through my first IRS audit in about 12 hours) thought it was new stuff. But your comment about it, old as it may have been, that Matt was a bad guy because he broke an arrangement with a bad guy really jumped out. Had he broken the agreement himself, I'd have applauded him for it. In reality, when I became aware of the agreement months later when Hal insisted on some inventory, I told him if he had an agreement, consider it terminated, he told me I couldn't do that, and I told him to sue us because I would not have him advertising there. As it turned out, though he did have an agreement, he hadn't been keeping up his end of it (paying iHub) so I told him he was in breech of the agreement and I was contemplating suing him for the value of the remainder of the contract and he wisely took a powder. Anyway, vilify me for screwing over a person or two who needed to be given a worse one than they were giving to others. Matt, as the person solely responsible for a fledgling board, made some mistakes, I got us out of the mistakes, and the rest is history. Anyway, you look to be mellowing in your dotage, so I'll just watch you out of the corner of my eye and not pester you beyond that unless you need pestering. Glad to see that page full of blatant lies about me doesn't appear to exist anymore. Thank you. Free the NAG.
