Every time they raise taxes and increase their snooping, the argument for saying f* it and going off grid with a stash of physical and a wad of cash gets stronger and stronger. Just look at who typically has survived and even prospered in other countries going through an "economic transition". Its the wheeler dealer guys operating without a storefront and no traceable sources of income. They sell/buy out of the back of trucks or from a card table thrown up on a street corner or at flea markets or from the inside of trench coat. Currency traders, food vendors, PM buyers, booze, whatever. Black market shit. The government will keep squeezing until everything legit and on the books grinds to a halt. At lease that seems to be the natural progression of things. I guess another alternative is to get yourself a Fed government job and start kissing ass. They pay you some tax payer money then you pay them some back. Its a if you can't beat them, join them type of thing... IMHO
