The C.B.O. runs IT'S OWN econometric models.

Based on the most optimistic assumptions in the bills presented - history has clearly shown time and time again that no matter what the bill (or from which side) they are always presented the most optimistic assumptions and if everything goes just right they'll hit the numbers - but 9 times out of 10 they go over by nearly 50% in the long term.

The chances this bill hits its projections are about ZERO - like the medicare drug bill it'll go so far in debt so quickly our government will be mired in this subject for decades.

Clearly the best way to pay for this bill in the short term is to create 30 million new tax payers by making all illegals citizens and getting them on the books. That's next!

It doesn't matter, according to the CBO the savings over the next ten years amounts to 18 days worth of spending for the government... big savings, huh? I'm impressed...<g>
