That's a false dichotomy. The only alternative to sleazy insurance companies pulling the rug out from under people is not a single payer system.

In effect, agreeing that it's ok.

Concluding that anyone not favoring a single payer system finds it acceptable for insurance companies to do that is illogical and slanderous. Man, this is Syllogisms 101 here.
