You must laugh your ass off at first for Dubai management thinking that someone would like to go there. The second funny part is that if oceans rise they pissed away all this money for nothing. I'm in the camp of I hope the oceans rise enough to destroy their crap, but I doubt they will... This is one of those crazy places where you go to jail for kissing your girlfriend in public.
