And totally present in the MSM.<< yes, we completely disagree - and my conclusion is the media manipulation sure is effective. ;-) here are some examples... some of the crimes include not disclosing that the class of mortgages being sold were found to contain fraud 90% of the time by the FBI and FHA 3 years prior. you can't just disclose the good stuff - you have to disclose it all. a legal requirement. they knew this information, which is why they shorted this stuff to oblivion in the office next door. lehman illegally claimed repo 105 scams to hide toxic assets as sales - misleading investors as to their actual cash / toxic asset position. is materially misleading investors merely unethical or is it illegal? what has fuld been charged with again? merril lynch says they complained to the fed about these illegal tactics, but the fed says they had no idea. we need a congressional inquiry as to who is lying so we will know if the fed conspired with lehman to commit securities fraud. think we'll get it? even if you were right, and these guys didn't cross the legal line, how would you know without an investigation? a very thorough investigation. yet none has been done. none has been called for en masse. if you call for one, you are off the air withing a week - dylan ratigan. he's on msnbc now and occasionally has some good reporting, but the message is clear - stay in line or you will be dealt with. the story that this was all legal has been planted in the media without any substance behind it and the people fall in line. it is seriously amazing to watch the process as it is so obvious. media says something that isn't support by investigation. people exclaim, "OK, must be true!" kind of like believing the gulf of tonkin was actually real without any evidence. that little "benefit of the doubt" led to 58k dead - many civilians drafted into the military. too bad, so sad. they lie, they use the media to propagate the lie without independent investigation and the kill our children. and we still believe them. amazing! >>2. When mandates have no specific numbers and when those that do exist are legally ignored in times of war, financial emergency or in the reign of a Fed Chairman who knows bigger words than the Executive Branch (from Reagan to Obama), mandates become suggestions. Too boring for the MSM. Or the cable channels, for that matter. American attention span is a fleeting concept.<< a system that sets up meaningless laws ought to be front page news until the laws become meaningful. the reason we had unstable prices and we now have collapsing employment is PRECISELY because the fed ignored thair mandate. the MSM played right into their hands by devising the "dual mandate" scam - their mandate is to keep credit aggregates in line with GDP - prices and employment stability follow... this is a choice example of MSM manipulation - they eliminate the actual fed mandate, as the fed is shredding it, and come up with other metrics that can be manipulated (low inflation even though housing is up 20% in a year!) in order to LIE to the american people and tell them the fed is doing its job. no, they are lying and the fed is butchering its mandate. that's the story. you won't hear it emphasized. but you will hear about tiger's sexting. all day long. when dylan ratigan piped up with the truth, he was off CNBS within a week. >>3. Did we need "dirty" ammunition to beat Iraq?<< we don't need it at all. but the eltitists' corporations turned a multi million dollar annual cost (storage) into a multi million dollar profit center - soldiers and environment be dmned. and many of them are dmned specifically because of this decision to enrich the elite at the expense of the lives of soldiers and their families. not to mention all the toxic pollution it leaves behind effectively forever. this is one reason you can know that cap and tax has nothing to do with saving the environment - they don't care about the environment one wit. it is all about the IMF (elites) getting their hands on another $100 billion from the citizenry to further enslave them.
