Whether the corp pays with untaxed dollars or the employee pays with taxed dollars, it's still the employee's choice, John.

Jeez if he doesn't get to keep the difference there is no market disciple. Capitalism 101. Give the consumer the tax break (for the insurance cost) if you must. Man what's so damn important about the corp cutting the check that you would screw up the entire market driven mechanism?
