Read all his writings have for years; but he has been way off the mark on many things; utilizing other data; stocks could and most likely will suffer as well.

He is right in that bonds or anything else will not provide a haven...

Also if you read his letter he also says we may see a retest of support; which is what 6000? Support is the old lows of last year. The channel.

Agree about doomsday; INDU 4000 is not that....and that should be the low in the cycle...read my earlier post today.

Doomsday is INDU below 1000, I simply do not see that. That is 1929 or 89 percent plus loss in value type stuff. In 1929 and in Germany stock holders survived; sure they lost capital; big capital.

If bonds default; stocks will suffer as well; the whole system will freeze up!

However; you have to time it right...

If I utilize K wave and Kitchin Cycle data; stocks suffer too; but just to about 4000 on the INDU. If Bonds get wiped out on default and INDU see 4000; which would you rather own.

Based on the K wave Superdome we are not going to new highs!

Based on K wave; bonds are due to top out in 2012.
