I sure hope that the conservatives are ready to pounce on this with constitutional objections. I really believe that, if this is passed, it needs to go to the supreme court ASAP.

I understand Mark Levin's organization has a lawsuit prepared. A number of states have also announced they will sue.

I hope they all give a lot of thought to forum selection. A suit, say, in the Northern District of California would not be a good idea, IMO.
