Sorry, I got out of that business last quarter. Wasn't any good at it. Only person I saw that was even close was David Miller.

Interestingly, I'm able to get pretty close on earnings without the benefit of being anywhere in the stadium on sales. Now that's real talent, wouldn't you say?

FWIW, this info suggests strongly that we could see Borland as high as 18 or so by year-end.

Overall, I continue to feel very positive about Borland. I have maintained my belief that the company will come on strong ever since this time last year, when I first went long on it (well, first time THIS time around -- have played Borland off and on for years). But they are very tight-lipped about what's going on, so I'm concerned we won't know much until after Jan earnings announcement -- which of course is too late for us optionholders. OTOH, I think 18 by yearend is pretty optimistic even if they decided to announce earnings on December 27. Could happen I guess, but that would be a very big move from where we are.....
