My understanding is that they are(or have) developing a Flip chip die bonder. It is there yet but it is coming and if you read the article, Scott talks about them. I confirmed it from a reasonably reliable source.

KLIC is a short term play now but it will go back to $50 or higher by next summer.

Sam,

I've been following ETEC for awhile and no idea they were producing flip chip equipment. I thought this was a misprint the first time you posted it, but you repeated it, so now I'm curious - where is the info available on ETEC's flip chip business?

Bob

Sam,

Just read ETEC's annual report; NO mention of flip chip equip - you must be thinking of someone else - UTEK, perhaps??
