The key is price. Money is a medium of exchanging goods. A good must be priced in a certain money to be able to be exchanged. Else it is a barter trade.

If money start tending to zero, the price (in that money) of the good tends to infinitum.

In fact as the value of a given money drops, people demand more of that money to take that money for that good.
