I gather you are "disgusted". Try to avoid being disgusted.

It is really not helping you unless you get some kind of strange satisfaction about being "disgusted" so much. Seek some professional or amateur help or find a spa that specializes in extreme conditions of disgust.

Be sure to let us know when you feel less disgusted.

Well, I suppose having this aspect of yourself brought out is pretty disgusting to you. You need to come to terms with it, though. Feeling disgust at yourself is soul-destroying.

Still, where did I freak out? Getting caught in that lie must really be embarrassing...
