Reader Alan Poston sends this pic and reports a crowd estimate of 30,000 was given at the scene.

The number needs to be 300,000, and even then I don't have much faith in the political class to take note.

I've been out of town and only had NPR radio for my news. Several times last night NPR was reporting that several tea baggers surrounded the congressional black caucus when they left the chamber and some shouted racial epithets........as reported by one of the congressman's aid.

Does anyone know anything about this?
