I just faxed a handwritten message to my state's entire congressional and senate delegation.

Three of my five congressmen's fax numbers were so busy I had to try several times to get my message through. The only ones who made it through the first dial were the ones that I already know will vote against it.

Only two Congressmen are likely to heed my request that they vote against the health care bill and avoid parliamentary tricks such as 'deeming' to have the bill signed into law without their voting on it.

I wrote my two senators, knowing it was a waste, asking them not to tolerate 'deeming' or other parliamentary tricks. They already voted for the Senate Bill, so it was like spitting into the wind.
