"I am not bound to win, but I am bound to be true." - pouty lip gesture(this is a new move) with head tilted back. Barack Hussein Obama

I just saw this on CNN. The arrogance with which Obama is making pronouncements these days reminds me of Chavez or Ahmadinejad. I really don't want my President to remind of dictators. This has to be why he is kissing their bottoms. They are his role models...

I do have some experience with paralyzed people. My childhood best friend became a quadriplegic in a diving accident. That led me to Craig Hospital in Denver that specializes in spinal injury where I worked for a year. From there I was hired by a patient and VP for an electronics company I met at the hospital.

I went to work for Joel also a quadriplegic as his personal attendant in Minnesota. This is where it gets interesting. He had been in Holland on business and as a passenger was with his best salesman driving when a large passenger bus hit their vehicle head on after the the bus came into their lane to go around a parked car.

Joel's salesman was killed and Joel was severely paralyzed from the neck down. Now the pertinent part of this story is that Joel received about $50K from the Dutch courts for his injury and the reason for the low settlement was that Holland has socialized medicine and disability care and they don't give out large awards.
