States force car insurance.

And half of California runs around without it. This Federal mandate will result in even more "independent contractors" who will avoid it. How are they going to prove you don't have it? Impossible to enforce.

They can't force you to drive. There's no way to avoid the healthcare mandate. It's unprecedented to force you to buy a product just because you're a citizen.
