Which should have absolutely NO EFFECT WHATSOEVER out into the second ten year period (where the C.B.O. projected up to a "$1.2 TRILLION" lower federal deficit because of the health care bill), right? I mean... by that second decade ALL of the costs will have long since come into effect and there shouldn't be ANYTHING that is 'pushed out into some future budgeting period', right?
