depends what it says in the Bill, If it's reqired for businesses over 50 people and you have 60, ten people will go. People aren't bricks they will change, down size. When I was running my own business and taxes were low I worked 80 plus hours a week and hired all I could. When rates went up and I was paying over 60% I said why kill my self, I fire over half of my employees and work 40-50 hours a week. The gov got less money even though they raised tax rates on me. ever small businee person I know or hear from aren't hiring now because they don't know what Obama and these dems will do, you don't want to be caught with workers if you will be punished if you fire them.
